School Volunteer Information

Grafton Schools will now use the school visitor 
Raptor door monitor check in system for school volunteers.  If you are a volunteer who was approved in prior years, please check in with your school's door monitor the next time you serve at your school and have your driver's license or state ID scanned.  A volunteer photo badge will then be printed for that day.  If you wish to be approved as a new volunteer, you can find the online approval process under the Forms for Parents page of our district website.  New volunteers will need to submit the application at least 7 days before you volunteer. The new system is an improvement in school security, data management, communication and office efficiency.  Grafton Schools are improved by the daily help and support from our parent, extended family, and community volunteers - thank you for your service to our schools!
